When placing an order with us your delivery country will be accepted because the Aramex delivery hub is UK based.

GO GREEN...We recycle all our box's and packaging to help the environment.We use recycled paper that is made from post consumer office waste paper for printing our dispatch notes.

Some orders are dispatched via courier and automatically require a signature please bare this in mind when placing your order that the address has someone to sign for your parcel,an alternative delivery address can be entered (ie workplace,neighbour,family,ect) If you want your parcel to be left it in a safe place (ie. behind bins, down side alley,in the shed), please let us know in the comments box at the end of placing your order. We will not however be responsible if an item goes missing once it has been left on your property.  Our couiers will always deliver to a neigbour if you are not at home. Please let us know if you would rather they not. 

We do not send some of our larger pieces  /  mirrors internationally. Please ask first given us the item name and destination.


If you decide to change the delivery address once your item has been dispatched our courier company charges us £7.50 for this service and we will pass this cost onto our customer.


If you make no attempt to receive your goods- you may receive a return fee and re-sending fee.


Unfortunately Some royal mail orders may go missing/arrive later than stated from time to time they are usually waiting at your local sorting office and are eventually delivered back to us. We sincerely apologize for this but it is our control. Please rest assured after filling in a Customer non receipt of goods claim form you order will be re-dispatched on a next day delivery.
