You may return any item, for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We only refund return postage if the item is faulty.With faulty items you must contact us on 01342 842599 or sales@livelaughlove.co.uk to discuss the options.
We make it as hassle free as possible by just asking that you securely repackage the item, insert your full name and order number then post it back to us.
As soon as we receive it we will notify you by email and refund your card immediately.
