Order Confirmation On receipt of your order we will issue you an email titled Live Laugh Love - Order Confirmation. This will state clearly the items you have ordered and prices.
Cancellation You may for a short period be able to cancel an order placed, however if you have already received an email confirming dispatched of your goods then you will have to return the unwanted items at your expense following the guidelines below.
Shipping & Returns We do hope you love your received items but if for any reason you want to return them, you may do so, for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You will need to return the item at your own expense, securely packaged with your name and order number inside.

Delivery Some orders are dispatched via courier and automatically require a signature. If you want your parcel to be left it in a safe place (ie. behind bins, down side alley,with your neighbour), please let us know in the comments box at the end of the process when placing your order. We will not however be responsible if an item goes missing once it has been left on your property.
If you decide to change the delivery address once your item has been dispatched our courier company charges us £7.50 for this service and we will pass this cost onto our customer.
