  • How much is P&P?

    We have a flat rate of £4.95 any size order for England, Wales, Scotland. 

    We recycle boxes and packaging wherever possible.

    We do deliver to Ireland but please ask for a quote first.

    Please note we currently only deliver within the UK mainland. We are happy to accept overseas orders.  In the first instance please contact us for a price of postage and packaging to your required country, as prices vary on weight and destination



  • Is it safe to shop online?
    Yes it is extremely safe. When you get to the point in our website where you are required to enter your credit card details you will see a padlock icon on the right in the status bar at the bottom of your browser window. This indicates that you are using a secure connection and that all information entered will be encrypted. Credit card payments are handled by third party companies (SECPay, PayPal, WorldPay etc.).

  • How will I know my order has been received by you?
    Once you complete the payment process you will receive two emails. One email will be sent to you directly from the payment service provider (the company handling the secure card transaction). This is your confirmation that your credit card has been charged. The second email comes from us and will contain your order details and address details. Once your order is despatched you will receive a further confirmation email.

  • How do I return faulty / wrong goods?
    We do have a returns policy. Please see Terms & Conditions in the Information box to the right

  • Do you keep a record of my previous orders?
    Yes. Once you log in to your account you will be able to view your order history.

  • How long will i have to wait for my order?
    If your item is in stock we aim to deliver your goods within a week.  We usually send out with our courier twice a week, so depending on what day you place your order you could receive it within 2 working days or 4 working days.  If you are in a hurry for a birthday present or the like please let us know in the comments box when placing your order and we will do our best to do next day delivery.
