  • How much is P&P?

    We have a flat rate of £3.95 any size order for England, Wales, Scotland and Northan ireland

    We do deliver to Southern Ireland but please ask for a quote for p&p first as posting to Ireland is weight related. 

    Please note we currently only deliver within the UK mainland. We are happy to accept overseas orders.  In the first instance please contact us for a price of postage and packaging to your required country, as prices vary on weight and destination.

    GO GREEN...We recycle all our box's and packaging, this helps keep costs down for us and you but mainly for the environment. It seems pointless buying in new spic and span boxes. They may appear more attractive on delivery but will end up as even more rubbish.



  • Do you deliver to Ireland?

    Posting to Southern Ireland is weight related so you need to ask for a quote for p&p first.

    Northern Ireland- order as normal paying £3.95 P&P

    Southern Ireland-Again weight related. Please ask for quote.



  • How can I pay for my order?

    Once placing your order you will continue to checkout. There you have the option of paying by cheque or credit card. If you choose to pay by cheque on completion you will be given the details of whom to make payable and where to send it. If you choose to pay by credit card you will enter Secpay a secure site to give your card information.

    If you would rather pay with your card over the telephone, choose the option to pay by cheque, complete your order then call us where we can take payment on our terminal. You will then be sent your slip with your order.



  • Do you keep a record of my previous orders?
    Yes. Once you log in to your account you will be able to view your order history.

  • How do I return unwanted goods?

    We do hope you love your ordered items and make our photography give as true a picture as possible, but if for any reason they are not what you expected we do have a returns policy. You may return any item, for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We only refund return postage if the item is faulty.

    We make it as hassle free as possible by just asking that you securely repackage the item, insert your full name and order number then post it back to us. 

    As soon as we receive it we will notify you by email and refund your card immediately.



  • Do you have a catalogue?


    No we dont. Due to the regularity of new products and our ever expanding range, our website, which is updated daily, is the best way to view our products.



  • How long will i have to wait for my order?

    Your order should be with you within 3 to 5 working days. Some parcels are sent via  next day courier, so could be with you the next day depending on what time you place your order and our current work load. Please contact us for any special requirements.



  • Is it safe to shop online?
    Yes it is extremely safe. When you get to the point in our website where you are required to enter your credit card details you will see a padlock icon on the right in the status bar at the bottom of your browser window. This indicates that you are using a secure connection and that all information entered will be encrypted. Credit card payments are handled by third party companies (SECPay, PayPal, WorldPay etc.).

  • How will I know my order has been received by you?
    Once you complete the payment process you will receive two emails. One email will be sent to you directly from the payment service provider (the company handling the secure card transaction). This is your confirmation that your credit card has been charged. The second email comes from us and will contain your order details and address details. Once your order is despatched you will receive a further confirmation email.

  • Will my delivery require a signature?
    Some orders are dispatched via courier and automatically require a signature. If you want your parcel to left it in a safe place (ie. behind bins, down side alley,with your neighbour), please let us know in the comments box at the end of placing your order. We will not however be responsible if an item goes missing once it has been left on your property .
