Before purchasing, please note that our standard delivery charge is for an economy service. This service consists of a curb-side delivery via pallet. Some large items such as wardrobes will arrive disassembled and will require reassembly. If you wish to have the pallet removed this will require an additional charge of £15. If you would like any additional services, for example, to have the item brought into the house, upstairs, assembled, etc. Please contact us with your delivery postcode and preferred requirements for a delivery quote. The delivery timeframe is 1-2 weeks. This may slightly increase if a personalised quote is required. Remote locations may incur additional charges.

We offer an economy shipping rate from £3.95 for smaller items, and a tracked shipping rate starting at £5.95 to ship to UK mainland any size order (excluding furniture) for England, Wales, Scotland. Next day delivery is available from £8.95 Please Note this is a next working day service Mon-Fri. Local Collection
When selecting local collection as your preferred delivery method you are accepting the following terms & conditions. Please do not attempt to collect until you are provided with a confirmation that your order has been prepared and is ready for collection. We will aim to prepare all orders to be collected the same day if ordered before 2:00PM. Any orders placed after this time will be prepared for collection the following day. Our open hours for collection are between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Mon – Fri. If you are planning to send a third party courier to collect your order please notify us prior to ensure your item is packaged suitably for the delivery. In the event that a third party has been sent to collect your order we will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the delivery process. All items will be quality checked by us prior to dispatch to ensure there are no faults or issues with the product(s).
Furniture Delivery
Depending on the type of item ordered, we use a variety of shipping methods to deliver items of Furniture. For smaller pieces, we will use either a conventional courier such as DPD or Parcelforce, or this may be sent via pallet. For slightly larger items (chest of drawers etc.) we may send this on a pallet or organise a courier to hand deliver your item. For very large items such as Wardrobes and Sideboards, we will need to get these hand-delivered by a courier. Please note that all of our Furniture delivery options are considered a curb side delivery, meaning that the item will be delivered to your address and does not include taking the item inside, upstairs, or assembly. Please ensure that you have sufficient support to help you move the item to where it needs to be upon delivery. For deliveries to local areas, we can arrange to have the item taken indoors and assembled for an extra charge.
