Local Collection
When selecting local collection as your preferred delivery method you are accepting the following terms & conditions. Please do not attempt to collect until you are provided with a confirmation that your order has been prepared and is ready for collection. We will aim to prepare all orders to be collected the same day if ordered before 2:00PM. Any orders placed after this time will be prepared for collection the following day. Our open hours for collection are between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Mon – Fri. If you are planning to send a third party courier to collect your order please notify us prior to ensure your item is packaged suitably for the delivery. In the event that a third party has been sent to collect your order we will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the delivery process. All items will be quality checked by us prior to dispatch to ensure there are no faults or issues with the product(s).
Furniture Delivery
Depending on the type of item ordered, we use a variety of shipping methods to deliver items of Furniture. For smaller pieces, we will use either a conventional courier such as DPD or Parcelforce, or this may be sent via pallet. For slightly larger items (chest of drawers etc.) we may send this on a pallet or organise a courier to hand deliver your item. For very large items such as Wardrobes and Sideboards, we will need to get these hand-delivered by a courier. Please note that all of our Furniture delivery options are considered a curb side delivery, meaning that the item will be delivered to your address and does not include taking the item inside, upstairs, or assembly. Please ensure that you have sufficient support to help you move the item to where it needs to be upon delivery. For deliveries to local areas, we can arrange to have the item taken indoors and assembled for an extra charge.
I have come back to do another review.....having had another go at pouring hot water (thought it would crack, but it didn't) into the bottle and letting it stand for a while I've now managed to clear the bottle of the candle, thus leaving me with a lovely little bottle for small flowers. I am so relieved, as I hate leaving bad reviews! But, I speak as I find. I really thought I'd lost my second bottle. The first one, as I say, smashed and cut my finger, but that was my fault. Just wanted to set the record straight!! I have been a customer for several years, buying loads of presents for my friends on here and they have all been great and arrived well wrapped up. Thank you!
Trouble was, I didn't want the candle and trying to remove it, broke it! Bought another one, lit it, but didn't last long enough. Tried to get the rest of the candle out - to no avail. I give up. Reading the reviews on here, obviously other customers had more joy. Otherwise everything I've bought on here has been absolutely brilliant and so am very sad to write this. But it is, as it is.
