Local Collection
When selecting local collection as your preferred delivery method you are accepting the following terms & conditions. Please do not attempt to collect until you are provided with a confirmation that your order has been prepared and is ready for collection. We will aim to prepare all orders to be collected the same day if ordered before 2:00PM. Any orders placed after this time will be prepared for collection the following day. Our open hours for collection are between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Mon – Fri. If you are planning to send a third party courier to collect your order please notify us prior to ensure your item is packaged suitably for the delivery. In the event that a third party has been sent to collect your order we will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the delivery process. All items will be quality checked by us prior to dispatch to ensure there are no faults or issues with the product(s).
Furniture Delivery
Depending on the type of item ordered, we use a variety of shipping methods to deliver items of Furniture. For smaller pieces, we will use either a conventional courier such as DPD or Parcelforce, or this may be sent via pallet. For slightly larger items (chest of drawers etc.) we may send this on a pallet or organise a courier to hand deliver your item. For very large items such as Wardrobes and Sideboards, we will need to get these hand-delivered by a courier. Please note that all of our Furniture delivery options are considered a curb side delivery, meaning that the item will be delivered to your address and does not include taking the item inside, upstairs, or assembly. Please ensure that you have sufficient support to help you move the item to where it needs to be upon delivery. For deliveries to local areas, we can arrange to have the item taken indoors and assembled for an extra charge.
Looks just as in picture. Can't wait to put up (waiting for room to be decorated). Bought one as a gift too. Really pleased.
wow have moved it round different rooms and got it in the living room on windowsill with various ornaments around and on top perfect size and the plants work well from a distance looks real and eye-catching thanx again live,laugh&love x
Very nice only given 4 stars as I would have liked it to be able to hang on the wall. I will have to purchase a picture hanging kit
