Terms of service

If a product is marked as a second you will be able to buy it at a greatly reduced price. This means it is a factory second and will have an imperfection on it. An imperfection means it could be chipped, marked, paint or piece missing, or with a general fault or dent.

Order Confirmation

On receipt of your order, we will issue you an email titled Live Laugh Love - Order Confirmation. This will state clearly the items you have ordered and prices.

Giveaways & Discount / Voucher Codes

To receive any discount or free item as part of a promotion, the code must be entered at checkout and the specific requirements must be met. Only one code can be used per order. If you are having trouble using a Discount / Voucher Code, please contact us prior to placing the order, as we will be unable to rectify this once the order has been placed.

Cancellation

You may for a short period be able to cancel an order placed, however if you have already received an email confirming dispatched of your goods then you will have to return the unwanted items at your expense following the guidelines below.

Shipping & Returns

We do hope you love your received items but if for any reason you want to return them, you may do so, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You will need to return the item at your own expense, securely packaged with your name and order number inside. Orders returned after 30 days will not be refunded and you will have to arrange collection to get the items back to you.

Local Collection

When selecting local collection as your preferred delivery method you are accepting the following terms & conditions. Please do not attempt to collect until you are provided with a confirmation that your order has been prepared and is ready for collection. We will aim to prepare all orders to be collected the same day if ordered before 2:00 PM. Any orders placed after this time will be prepared for collection the following day. Our open hours for collection are between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Mon – Fri. If you are planning to send a third-party courier to collect your order please notify us prior to ensure your item is packaged suitably for delivery. In the event that a third party has been sent to collect your order, we will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the delivery process. All items will be quality-checked by us prior to dispatch to ensure there are no faults or issues with the product(s).

Faulty Goods

If a product arrives faulty we will replace it. This guarantee does not cover items misused or abused. In case of faulty goods please contact us. Goods should not be returned to Live Laugh Love Ltd without prior agreement. All agreed returns should be packed correctly and returned to Live Laugh Love Ltd detailing the returns. Only Goods in their original packaging will be credited. If you are outside of the U.K and receive a faulty item, we will be unable to replace your item and will refund you instead.

All prices may be subject to change without notice.

Delivery

Some orders are dispatched via courier and automatically require a signature. If you want your parcel to be left in a safe place (ie. Behind bins, down side alley, with your neighbour), please let us know in the comments box at the end of the process when placing your order. We will not however be responsible if an item goes missing once it has been left on your property.

If you decide to change the delivery address once your item has been dispatched our courier company charges us £7.50 for this service and we will pass this cost onto our customer.

Used Goods

We will not refund returned items that we deem to have been used and are not in their original packaging or packaged as we sent out. You will have to arrange collection from us.

While every effort is made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Slight variations can also be dependant on the calibration of individual screens.

• Live Laugh Love Ltd products are for DECORATIVE USE ONLY AND ARE STRICTLY NOT TOYS. DUE TO THE RISK OF CHOKING FROM SMALL PARTS THESE ITEMS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 36 MONTHS.
• Live Laugh Love Ltd reserves the right at our discretion to refuse to supply Goods.
• We do not supply wall fixings and screws
• Live Laugh Love Ltd reserve the right to reclaim the costs of storage and/or redelivery and/or other related costs where the customer fails to accept delivery of Goods.
• The goods will be at the Customer’s risk from delivery to the address given at the time of ordering.
