Refund policy
Returns
We do hope you love your received items but if for any reason you want to return them, you may do so, for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. You will need to return the item at your own expense, securely packaged with your name and order number inside. Orders returned after 60 days will not be refunded and you will have to arrange collection to get the items back to you. If you are outside of the U.K and receive a faulty item, we will be unable to replace your item and will refund you instead.
Faulty Goods
If a product arrives faulty we will replace it or refund you. This guarantee does not cover items misused or abused. In case of faulty goods please contact us via sales@livelaughlove.co.uk with photographic evidence, your order number, and the name you used to place the order. Goods should not be returned to Live Laugh Love Ltd without prior agreement. All agreed returns should be packed correctly and returned to Live Laugh Love Ltd detailing the returns. Only Goods in their original packaging will be credited.
Seconds
If a product is marked as a second you will be able to buy it at a greatly reduced price. This means it is a factory second and will have an imperfection on it. An imperfection means it could be chipped, marked, paint or piece missing, difference in colouration, or with a general fault or dent. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns on products sold as seconds.
