We aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and at a fair price. Below are the delivery options we offer for UK customers:

Standard Delivery – £3.95

Our Standard Delivery service is fully tracked and usually takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.*

Next Day Delivery – £5.95

If you need your items sooner, we offer a Next Day Tracked service:

• Order before 2PM (Monday–Friday): Your order will be dispatched the same day for delivery on the next working day.

• Order after 2PM or on a weekend/bank holiday: Your order will be dispatched the next working day for delivery the following day.

Free Delivery on Orders Over £40

Spend over £40 (after any discounts or promotions) and enjoy Free Standard Delivery to mainland UK.
This offer is applied automatically at checkout—no code needed.

Discounted Next Day Delivery for Orders Over £40

If your order is over £40, you can upgrade to Next Day Delivery for a reduced rate of £3.95.
The same dispatch times apply:

• Order before 2PM for same-day dispatch

• Order after 2PM for next working day dispatch

For customers in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands, standard delivery rates are the same as mainland UK for most items. However, for larger items (such as large mirrors or vintage furniture), please contact us for a delivery quote before placing your order.

Furniture Delivery

Depending on the type of item ordered, we use a variety of shipping methods to deliver items of Furniture. For smaller pieces, we will use either a conventional courier such as FedEx, or this may be sent via pallet. For slightly larger items (chest of drawers etc.) we may send this on a pallet or organise a courier to hand deliver your item. For very large items such as Wardrobes and Sideboards, we will need to get these hand-delivered by a courier. Please note that all of our Furniture delivery options are considered a curb side delivery, meaning that the item will be delivered to your address and does not include taking the item inside, upstairs, or assembly. Please ensure that you have sufficient support to help you move the item to where it needs to be upon delivery. For deliveries to local areas (BN, BR, CR, GU, KT, RH, SM, TN postcodes) we may be able to offer a Delivery & Assembly service. Please enquire via telephone or by email to request this service.

*Orders with the total value below £10 may be shipped via Royal Mail Large Letter non-tracked service.
