We offer a fully tracked delivery service to all of the UK. Our standard delivery is priced at £3.95, and all orders over £40 qualify for free delivery. Delivery times for our standard service are 3-5 working days.

For faster shipping, we offer a Next Day delivery option. The cost is £5.95 for orders under £40 and £3.95 for orders over £40. Orders placed before 2 PM will be dispatched on the same day for next day delivery, while orders placed after 2 PM will be dispatched the following day. This service operates on weekdays only and excludes weekends and bank holidays.

For customers in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands, standard delivery rates are the same as mainland UK for most items. However, for larger items (such as large mirrors or vintage furniture), please contact us for a delivery quote before placing your order.

Furniture Delivery

Depending on the type of item ordered, we use a variety of shipping methods to deliver items of Furniture. For smaller pieces, we will use either a conventional courier such as DPD or Parcelforce, or this may be sent via pallet. For slightly larger items (chest of drawers etc.) we may send this on a pallet or organise a courier to hand deliver your item. For very large items such as Wardrobes and Sideboards, we will need to get these hand-delivered by a courier. Please note that all of our Furniture delivery options are considered a curb side delivery, meaning that the item will be delivered to your address and does not include taking the item inside, upstairs, or assembly. Please ensure that you have sufficient support to help you move the item to where it needs to be upon delivery. For deliveries to local areas, we can arrange to have the item taken indoors and assembled for an extra charge.

How do I return unwanted/broken goods?
Please contact us within 60 days via email at sales@livelaughlove.co.uk or phone us on 01342 842599 if an item you receive is faulty or not quite what you expected so we can discuss the options.

We make it as hassle free as possible by just asking that you securely repackage the item, insert your full name and order number then post it back to us.

Can I pay extra to have it next day, as I need it by the weekend?
We offer Next working day delivery option for orders placed before 2PM. The option is available for most products and majotiry of mainland UK. The option can be selected at checkout.

How Green are you?
We recycle all our boxes and packaging, which helps keep costs down for us and you but mainly for the environment. It seems pointless buying in new spic and span boxes. They may appear more attractive on delivery but will end up as even more rubbish.
