Furniture Delivery
Depending on the type of item ordered, we use a variety of shipping methods to deliver items of Furniture. For smaller pieces, we will use either a conventional courier such as FedEx, or this may be sent via pallet. For slightly larger items (chest of drawers etc.) we may send this on a pallet or organise a courier to hand deliver your item. For very large items such as Wardrobes and Sideboards, we will need to get these hand-delivered. Please note that all of our Furniture delivery options are considered a curb side delivery, meaning that the item will be delivered to your address and does not include taking the item inside, upstairs, or assembly. The item will be delivered on a pallet, which is considered a part of the packaging, unfortunately we do not offer pallet removal service with our curb side delivery. Please ensure that you have sufficient support to help you move the item to where it needs to be upon delivery. For deliveries to local areas (BN, BR, CR, GU, KT, RH, SM, TN postcodes) we may be able to offer a Delivery & Assembly service. Please enquire via telephone or by email to request this service.

How do I return unwanted/broken goods?

We make it as hassle free as possible by just asking that you securely repackage the item, insert your full name and order number then post it back to us.

Can I pay extra to have it next day, as I need it by the weekend?
We offer Next working day delivery option for orders placed before 2PM. The option is available for most products and majotiry of mainland UK. The option can be selected at checkout.
How Green are you?
We recycle all our boxes and packaging, which helps keep costs down for us and you but mainly for the environment. It seems pointless buying in new spic and span boxes. They may appear more attractive on delivery but will end up as even more rubbish.
