When new products go online at Live Laugh Love, we have gone through a process for our customers to see them. This process was started many months prior.
The first stage is to find the products. We can collate the range from seeing new suppliers at an exhibition, viewing a collection at a showroom, to sourcing products from trade online websites. We are always trying to select a quality product that is reasonably priced but is new and different to the market place.
Once we have ordered the products we need to wait for the supplier to dispatch them to us. This can take from a week, if the supplier has stock on their shelves, to 3 months when the product is produced in the far east and the supplier has to transport it to the U.K.
When we are in receipt of the new products they are quality controlled to make sure the condition is of a high standard. Then each product is allocated a SKU code and stored in the warehouse. We reserve one of each of the new products so they can be measured, have a description worded and have a professional photo taken in our studio.
When styling the new products we like to prop them with some vintage pieces. We love to style the new range and our studio’s backdrops represent a similar setting to a period home. The style is always country, rustic or shabby chic, but with a vintage twist.
